Second Floor Gallery
The 2nd Floor Gallery is located upstairs at Glens Falls City Hall and features one or two members in each show.

If These Walls at NCA Shirt Factory Gallery
Artists may submit one work of art. 2D and 3D are welcome.
2D art must not exceed 4′ in any direction and must be ready to hang with wire.
Show participation is open to all NCA members. Member fee is $20. Interested artists may become members at drop off.
Drop off Saturday, September 28, 12 – 4p.m.
Opening Reception : Saturday, October 5th, 5p.m.
Show Duration: October 5th – November 9th
